ROAD KILL

Created July 13th 2007, Road Kill is an semi-autobiographical comic strip following it's creator and his alter ego "Gaybob" a anthropomorphic Raccoon, and their antics working as a bartender/server at an unnamed Irish pub. 

Full of inside jokes, odes to loved ones and easter eggs, here is a brief timeline of the evolution of the strip.

The collection of strips on the following page, from July 13, 2017 to August 12 2018, celebrates Road Kill's 10th anniversary and retirement.

July 13 2007 - First Drawing

Circa 2008

Circa 2009 - First time drawn on bristol with pen and ink. A real pro now, Ha!

Circa 2009- First time drawn at 4.5"x5.8125" strip format.

Circa 2010

2011-2013- Hand drawn, scanned and edited on adobe illustrator. Not my favourite period of the strip, but we were learning.

Circa 2014- Back to hand drawn and captioned.

Circa 2015- With water colour. Ushering in a new era and a love for water colour paint.
